Performers Needed for Simsmore Square 's Family Festival

We are looking for musicians and singers to help celebrate Simsmore Square and the holidays!  This is a great
opportunity to help us promote our Simsbury location.  You can get involved in any of the following ways:

Need to practice? - Sign up to use one of our practice rooms between 1pm - 3:45pm so we can show guests what our building looks like when it is being used.  Contact the Simsbury location to schedule a practice time: 651-3570 or simsmore@hartford.edu

Want to perform?   Interested in playing your instrument for the guests attending the festival?   We need musicians from 1pm - 3:45pm for various locations throughout the square.  One business does have an upright piano.   You tell us how much time you can fill, and how many times/locations you would like to perform (we can have you repeat your performance in more than one location).    To sign up, please contact Camille Kilgore at ccrsck@comcast.net as soon as possible.  The moment you sign up - we can add you to the schedule of events.

Want to help with the Carol Sing?   We are holding a Carol Sing from 3:45pm - 4pm on the green (outside) in Simsmore Square .  We are looking for a few singers to help lend strong voices to the crowd and/or lead the group.   We are also interested in a brass band.   Please contact Camille Kilgore at ccrsck@comcast.net as soon as possible if you can help.

For more information about the festival, please visit www.simsmoresquare.com
