Words from the Director
Welcome back for another year of study at The Hartt School Community Division. The first weeks of the year are full of activity with students registering, finding new teachers and classes, and auditioning for ensembles. It is a pleasure to see our many families returning to our locations at the University of Hartford, Simsmore Square, the Unitarian Universalist Church and the brand new Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center.
Please stop by to say hello if you visit the Fuller Building at the University of Hartford, or if you see me at one of our other venues. I want to hear about what is good with the Community Division AND what needs improvement. My staff and I will do everything possible to ensure that your Community Division experience is positive.
