Email Newsletter Request _____________________ Kinsella Lecture Demo - 11/24/09 The dance department is planning a lecture demonstration with full costuming at Kinsella Magnet School in Hartford on Tuesday, November 24th. The proposed time for the performance is 8:45am – 9:45am which will mean some absence from school and the Dance Department will provide a letter for your child’s school principal. Miguel Campaneria has selected the following pieces and cast to perform at this event: Majissimo Katie Manger, Katrina Schmidt, Raechel Manga, Gabrielle Collins, Rebecca Cornett, Nolan Seda, Darion Flores, Rickey Flagg, Xavier Nunez & Paul Branco Pas de Quatre Haley Rose, Emily Goodman, Kateline Maxwell, Naomi Lemire Arabian Pas & Harem Girls Kailah King & Rickey Flagg Harem Girls:- Alice Garsuah, Ellen Hanlon, Dominique Denbow, Anewschka Robles Sugar Plum Pas Rebecca Cornett & Nolan Seda La Fille Mal Gardee Pas Katie Manga & Xavier Nunez The Guest House, Lorelie’s Modern piece Waiting for Lorelie to cast. I.D/Swipe Cards for the Performing Arts Center Student ID cards and parent cards for Students under 18 are available at the receptionist Desk. You wuill need this card to access the building from the Cafe. The University will charge $15 to issue any replacement cards . ___________________________________________________________________ NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS No child will be allowed to wait for their parent or person picking them up from classes outside of either dance location building. Parents need to pick up their child from inside the lobby area. Parents parking at the New Performing Arts Center in Hartford will need to collect a pink Community Division Parking Pass from the Reception Desk. Appropriate Clothing Students should wear appropriate outdoor clothing when arriving at the Performing Arts Center and at our Simsbury location, and then change into their dance clothes in the changing rooms provided. Students should also leave both facilities in regular outdoor wear. No student should leave the builings in their dance clothes without covering up. Shoes and dance floors Students should change their shoes in the sound lock areas. No ballet/dance shoes in the hallways and no outside shoes in the studios.
