- Career in the United Kingdom as a dance teacher: teaching, choreographing, and advising in a wide variety of educational contexts, including K - 12 dance programs, teacher preparation, and in-service, and adult and community education
- Project Officer for the National Curriculum Council's Arts in Schools Project (member of the central team) developing arts curricula throughout the UK
- Director of the Education Program for the UK's Birmingham Royal Ballet (formerly Sadler's Wells Royal Ballet)
