Request for Private Music Lessons

Please submit this form to request private music lessons. You can expect to receive information in the mail within 2 weeks, and we will get in touch with you to begin the process of teacher assignment.

Please note: We do not keep a waiting list. Names are only kept for one month if openings are available. If lessons are unavailable for your requested instrument and location, we will let you know. We do have suggestions for other programs, as well as other schools, if we are unable to accommodate your request. If you are looking for lessons in a future semester, please contact us no earlier than 2 months prior to the start of the semester for which you are interested.
